How Payments Work at River Belle

CAD accounts, Interac e-Transfer, cards and crypto, all built around the way Canadian players actually bank.

Deposits and Withdrawals, Explained

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Every River Belle account runs in Canadian dollars from the moment you sign up. That single decision shapes everything else on this page, from which methods we offer to how your balance is calculated.

Why a CAD account matters

River Belle accounts are opened and held in CAD, not USD or EUR with a currency conversion applied at checkout. That means the number you see on the deposit screen is the number that leaves your bank or card, and the number you see on a withdrawal is the number that arrives, aside from any handling fee your own bank or payment provider charges on their end. There is no built-in conversion markup from us. If you have played on sites that quote everything in US dollars and you watched your balance shrink slightly on every transaction, this is the alternative: one currency, no guessing at exchange rates, no surprise line item on your statement.

Payment methods we support

  • Interac e-Transfer, the most common way Canadian players fund an account
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • MuchBetter
  • iDebit
  • Bitcoin
  • Ethereum
  • Litecoin

Interac e-Transfer is built around the online banking system most Canadians already use for rent, splitting bills or paying a contractor, so there is nothing new to learn. Visa and Mastercard cover the players who prefer to deposit straight from a debit or credit card. MuchBetter and iDebit are e-wallet options for players who want an extra layer between their bank and the casino. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin are there for players who already hold crypto and prefer to move funds without touching a bank account at all.

Interac e-Transfer: what to expect

Deposits made through Interac e-Transfer are typically reflected in your account quickly once the transfer is completed on your banking app, since the process runs through the same secure network your bank already uses for person-to-person transfers. Withdrawals back to your bank via Interac go through additional checks on our side first, including standard identity and payment verification, before the transfer is issued. Processing speed on withdrawals depends on your bank, the time of day the request is made and whether verification has already been completed on your account. We don't publish a fixed number of hours because it genuinely varies, but keeping your ID and payment details verified in advance is the single biggest thing you can do to avoid delays.

Cards and e-wallets

Visa and Mastercard deposits are processed instantly in almost all cases. Withdrawals back to a card go through the same verification step as Interac and can take longer to appear than the deposit did, since card networks process refunds differently than purchases. MuchBetter and iDebit sit somewhere in between: deposits are near-instant and withdrawals are generally quicker than a card refund once your account is verified, though exact timing is set by the provider, not by River Belle.

Crypto deposits and withdrawals

If you deposit with Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin, you'll be given a wallet address to send funds to, and your deposit is credited once the transaction receives enough confirmations on the relevant blockchain, which usually takes a matter of minutes but depends on network congestion, not on us. Withdrawals work in reverse: you provide a wallet address, we process the request after verification, and the funds move once the network confirms the transaction. Crypto values are converted to and from CAD at the time of the transaction, so the CAD amount on your River Belle balance stays stable even though the underlying crypto price moves throughout the day. Keep in mind that crypto withdrawals go to the wallet address you provide, and that address cannot be corrected once a transaction is sent, so double-check it before confirming.

A note on limits and fees

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by method and are shown on the banking page inside your account before you confirm a transaction. River Belle does not add a currency conversion fee on CAD transactions. Your bank, card issuer or crypto network may apply its own fee, and that is outside our control. If a fee applies on your end, your bank or provider will disclose it, not us.

Deposits and Withdrawals, Explained

Does River Belle charge a currency conversion fee on CAD deposits?

No. Your River Belle account is held in CAD, so deposits and withdrawals in Canadian dollars don't carry a conversion fee from us. Your own bank or card issuer may apply a fee on their end depending on your account type, which would show on your statement, not on our site.

How long does an Interac e-Transfer withdrawal take?

It depends on your bank and whether your identity and payment verification are already complete. Deposits are usually reflected quickly. Withdrawals go through a verification step first, then are sent, and timing from there depends on your bank's own processing. We recommend verifying your account early so a withdrawal isn't held up unnecessarily.

Can I deposit and withdraw using crypto at River Belle?

Yes. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin are all supported. Deposits are credited once the blockchain confirms the transaction, and withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you provide. Always double-check your wallet address before confirming, since crypto transactions can't be reversed once sent.

Why does River Belle need to verify my identity before a withdrawal?

Identity and payment verification protects your account and confirms that withdrawals go to the right person and the right payment method. It's a standard step across regulated online payment processing, not something specific to your account.

Which payment methods are fastest for deposits?

Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter and iDebit deposits are typically processed instantly. Interac e-Transfer deposits are usually reflected quickly once your bank confirms the transfer. Crypto deposits depend on blockchain confirmation times, generally a matter of minutes.
